India’s petroleum minister Dharmendra Pradhan has said that the price of oil that will be purchased from Iran will be paid in Bharti Rupees.

According to Erna’s report, Petroleum Minister of India has announced that in relation to restoring the mechanism of trade in Indian Rupees, issues will be fixed with Iran so that the price of oil can be paid in rupees.

He said that an agreement will be signed on behalf of Iran and India as soon as possible. India’s Petroleum Minister, while pointing out the joint and commonality of the historical, cultural and civilizations between Iran and India, said that the economic interests of India are linked to countries of the region like Iran and their country, in the purchase of oil from Iran The comprehensive process will decide.

Reserve Bank of India has approved the opening of the branch of Bank of Iran in India. Earlier, Indian Foreign Minister Sushma Swaraj had announced that her country would not implement the US sanctions against Iran in relation to oil purchases.
