The Boeing 707 cargo plane that flies from Kyrgyzstan has crashed in the Alborz province of Iran due to the exit from the runway during landing.
The cargo plane was crashed, landing on another airport accidentally near Karaj city on Monday morning, after which the flames were seen rising from the aircraft.
There were 10 people on board this plane. According to a press TV report, it was a military cargo plane, which arrived in Iran from the capital city of Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan.
A helicopter and several rescue teams are engaged in rescue operations at the site.
According to preliminary reports, the aircraft was supposed to land at Karam’s Paiam Airport, but by mistake, the pilot dropped it on the airbase, which was not suited for the landing of the big cargo plane.
During landing, the pilot lost control of the aircraft and the plane went out of the runway and collided with a wall.
