The United States has demanded greater transparency while accusing Russia and China of not fully aware of nuclear plans despite US threats to separate from the Arms Control Agreement.
According to the French News Agency AFP, senior security officer of the International Security and Armed Control Department, Andrea Thomson, said there were uneven consequences of attempts to bring transparency in the agreement of non-nuclear weapons.
He said that before we had agreed on the style of reporting, there is a lot of void between the US report on one side and on the other side between Russia and China.
Andrea Thomson said that I can not emphasize more on the importance of transparency. They said that we are considering how we can increase transparency so that other countries can be assured once again for the pursuit of nuclear weapons non-proliferation.
The senior US official gave this statement during the ongoing talks in Beijing related to the unarmed nuclear weapons. In this meeting, five permanent members of the United Nations Security Council, Russia, China, France and Britain were also included. This meeting will continue till first February.
