Guddu alias Sanjay Rathi, accused of supplying unsuccessful supplies to Khalistan supporters, was arrested from Muzaffarnagar. Sanjay, old resident of Muzaffarnagar, was found to be hiding in his village Etawah.
On this, the team of State Operation Cell of Punjab and UP ATS arrested him on Saturday. Punjab Police has taken Sanjay with him on transit remand.
According to ATS officials, the demand for separate Khalistan and two accused of referendum 2020, Daljeet alias Babbal and Satnam Singh alias Manni, were arrested by the Punjab Police last days.
Two pistols and cartridges of .32 were recovered from them. Both of them had the cradle that they met Sanjay Rathi, a resident of Muzaffarnagar in Uttar Pradesh. It was also revealed that Sanjay had sold almost 35 illegally to other criminals.
