Lok Sabha Election 2019: A leader of the ruling Telugu Desam Party (TDP) in Andhra Pradesh has compared Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu to racer Usain Bolt. TDP’s Andhra Pradesh Speaker, Black Venkata Rao, in an open letter to the Chief Minister of Telangana, Chandrashekhar Rao, accused BJP of resorting to elections ahead of time in the state and was influenced by the Election Commission.
He said, “You (Chandrasekhar Rao) have pressurized the central government to hold elections ahead of time on the Central Government. But we are ready to run like Usain Bolt for the upcoming election. “Usain Bolt is a Jamaican racer and he has won three gold medals in the Olympics.
Let us tell you that assembly elections were to be held in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana with Lok Sabha elections but Chief Minister of Telangana Chandrasekhar Rao had dissolved the Assembly last year and decided to go to the elections. Chandrashekhar Rao’s party TRS has returned to power again.
Kala Venkata Rao said that Chandrashekhar Rao is helping YSR Congress Chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy in the elections. He said, “You are using the money from Telangana for Jagan Mohan Reddy. Jagan Mohan listens to you in the selection of candidates. But you can not make any change in the politics of Andhra Pradesh. Is not it true that you gave Jagan Mohan Reddy Rs 2,000 crore? ”
All the 25 Lok Sabha seats in Andhra Pradesh will be cast in the first phase on April 11. For the 17th Lok Sabha, April 11, April 18, April 23, April 29, May 6, May 12 and May 19 will be cast in seven phases. Results come on May 23
